Aronia 'Ground Hug' #2

Aronia melanocarpa- low-growing shrub reaching 1.5 feet tall and 2–3 feet wide. Its dense, mat-like habit effectively suppresses weeds and controls erosion in both dry and wet conditions. Prefers full to part sun. Small white and pink flowers that attract pollinators in spring, followed by dark purple berries in summer/fall. Foliage turns shades of orange, purple, and red in autumn. Deer resistant and low-maintenance, ideal for groundcover, slope stabilization, and pollinator gardens.
